The first：The commission is charged by building owner ，you needn’t pay any fees for the agent or broker
The second：Although the owner pay the commission，didn’t produce a resault in raisiing rent . the property owner choose the agent or broker will reduce the cost ,because the AD fees is higer than the mission paid for agent or broker, in fact, the owner prefer to deal with the agent or broker .
The third：choose the professional agent or broker，save the lab ,time , material resources for the both sides.
The last: Generally, the agent and broker could gain the lowest price from owner for traditional relationship or a long-term cooperation in business.
